Part of a historic Spanish Revival property, this casita was transformed from a former home theater into a fully functioning small home. The new layout features a modern kitchen with eco-conscious design choices, a cozy living room anchored by a fireplace aligned with the kitchen’s hood duct, and a seamless connection to the bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom. Arched doorways, custom cherry wood details, and hand-crafted finishes preserve the casita’s historic charm while elevating its function. Every space was thoughtfully designed to honor the past while creating a warm, stylish, and efficient retreat.
